15 Minute Back to School Recipe: Homemade Ranch Dip
Another Back to School Fave!
Ranch dressing is an all time favorite dips for kiddos! So why not whip up your own version at home?
I started making this homemade Ranch Dip whenever we would have parties at our house. It is the perfect dip for any kind of vegetable, from carrots to cucumbers and even cherry tomatoes.
People would always ask me how I make the dip because it’s that good! It is so delicious and full of bold, savory flavor. You’ve really never tasted anything like it. I’ve even had people ask me to make them this dressing to take home! So I thought that this would be a great time to share this quick and easy recipe, since it’s also an awesome dip for school lunch boxes.
My daughter, Olivia, loves to take fresh veggies with her in her lunchbox. But sometimes I want to give her a little something extra and include a dip in her lunchbox. This Ranch Dip is a great choice! Olivia was so excited when I told her I was making this dip for her first day back-at-school lunch!
Why make it at home?
There’s plenty of ranch dressings or dips available at the grocery store but once you taste this homemade version, you will realize that they all pale in comparison. This homemade Ranch dip is so full of flavor! It’s full of mouthwatering, onion and garlic flavor, with an extra boost from my secret ingredient, fresh dill.
The benefit of making your own Ranch Dip is that you control the ingredients. There’s no mysterious preservatives, emulsifiers or added sugar in this recipe. So if you’re reading the ingredient labels of store bought ranch dressing and wondering “what is that?”, this homemade version is a great option for you!
A Quick and Easy Recipe
This homemade Ranch Dip could not be easier! Just one bowl and 5 minutes later, you’ve got the best tasting ranch dip that will last you all week. Just store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
